Refund Policy

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations more than 4 weeks before the camp will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations 1-4 weeks before the camp will result in a 50% refund and cancellations less than a week before the weekend will receive no refund. No substitutions.

There is no refund once the weekend starts and there are no adjustment of fees if a participant arrives late or leaves early.

I hereby release Camp Kawkawa, its' board members, staff and sponsors from responsibility or liability for any injury or illness that this applicant may sustain during this activity. In the event of an emergency where I am unable to make a decision on my own behalf, I hereby authorize an adult leader of Camp Kawkawa to consent to any x-ray examination, medical or dental treatment, or hospital care advised and supervised at a licensed facility under the law of the province. Camp Kawkawa may use photographs or video images taken during this event for promotional purposes.
