Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations more than 4 weeks before the camp, all but $50.00 will be refunded. Less than 4 weeks all but $75.00 will be refunded. No substitutes. There is no refund once camp starts and there are no adjustment of fees if a camper arrives late or leaves early. A child’s registration may be transferrable to another week if room allows.
Registration Policy
Registration will be taken on a first come basis. Packages will be e-mailed to each camper confirming his/her registration. If a confirmation e-mail is not received within two weeks of registering please contact the office to confirm receipt of your registration.
Camp Behavior
Kawkawa reserves the right to dismiss a camper who presents a hazard to the safety and rights of others or who appears to have rejected the reasonable controls of the camp. Under such circumstances there will be no refund of camping fees.
Camp Policies
Cigarettes, alcohol, and illicit drugs are prohibited. No camper or staff will be allowed to have these items in his/her possession at camp. Please note we are not a peanut free camp.

Kawkawa seeks top provide for the spiritual, and developmental needs of each child. Our focus and goal also includes adequate training and equipping leaders for our churches and communities.
