Work Crew is our foundational leadership program for young people ages 13+. It is where energetic and dedicated young people thrive in a environment where they are taught the jobs of the behind the scenes workings of a well-organized and fine-tuned camp. Never has dishwashing, housekeeping duties, landscaping, and general maintenance been so much fun!

This is a popular option with 14 participants (7 girls and 7 guys) each week. Participants can sign up for multiple weeks of the summer but are evaluated at the end of each week.
