When it comes to our summer staff, our focus is the huge opportunity for spiritual impact. At Kawkawa, we hire for passion and train for skills. One of the unique aspects of Kawkawa is the focus on the spiritual, character, and moral development of our staff.
Several Summer Staff positions allow for remuneration on a weekly basis. These positions vary in range but often encompass the 7 weeks of our summer camping program. Positions range from program, counseling, waterfront, maintenance, music, media, and work crew.
