A wonderful space for rest and rejuvenation. The Pastoral Suite is offered free of charge for the first 2 nights to pastors and those in full time Christian service associated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. We are happy to provide a place where pastors and workers might take the time to retreat in a peaceful lakefront setting. Whether you’re able to stay for a few hours or a few days, this hide-away is offered as a place so that you, who give so much to others, might be given the opportunity to personally rest and be restored.
The pastoral suite is equipped with a private bathroom and kitchenette, including a 2 burner stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishes, pots & pans. Linen and towels are also provided. We are located on the shores of Kawkawa Lake, just 2 hours from Vancouver, surrounded by magnificent views of Mount Hope. The property is accessible by paved road, making it an ideal location for a quick get-away. We also enjoy excellent cell phone coverage and wireless internet access on site. Our dedicated staff are renowned for their hospitality, and take pride in ensuring that each of our guests enjoys a hassle-free and memorable experience.
Activities and amenities available to you during your stay at Kawkawa Camp & Retreat include: canoes, kayaks, surf bikes, walking trails accessible directly from the property, campfire pit, 400 feet of lakefront property, beach volleyball, explore the city of Hope, climb local mountains.
